Dear Assholes Who Will Call Multiple Times Today,
I'm sure you mean well when you give your message to vote, whether specifically saying to vote for a particular candidate or not. This Tuesday, we, the people of the United States of America, have a very important decision to make regarding the future. Voting is not just a right, it's a duty as an American citizen. What do the last 3 sentences have in common? They have all been repeated in some way, shape, or form for quite some time now.
In this divisive Presidential campaign, we've gone far beyond "mud-slinging", and have gone to slinging stuff that the flies won't even go near. Statements so polarizing even actual magnets don't know what to do anymore. The money raised in this Presidential campaign alone is probably enough to feed the entire continent of Africa for 4 years, and instead it's being spent on truth-bending advertisements, further proving the "...and I approve this message" stipulation on them is a complete waste of time that has no teeth.
The truth is, the majority of America has been sick of hearing about this since about April. This means that most of the calls you'll be making today will either go unanswered or somebody will pick up that's jaded to the whole process, yelling obscenities into your ear and saying Tuesday can't come fast enough (and it really can't). Here's to hoping you get paid well for it ... unless you're volunteering for this, in which case, don't you have anything better to do with your time?
The bottom line is: politics suck, and they've sucked for the past couple of decades. We're tired of it, we'll vote Tuesday, LET IT GO.
Sincerely,
Everyone Who Is Sick Of This Bullshit
